European Internship Consortium ‘Grant Results’ are given below. However, first of all please READ THE ALL INFORMATION GIVEN BELOW.

• The European Internship Consortium grant is provided by the National Agency through the European Commission. For the 2019 Project period Erasmus+ support grants will be allocated to the number of students allowed by the National Agency. The amount of grant covers 6 (six) students for Traineeship Mobility. 
• The students, who are mentioned as 'Granted' in the list, will be paid for 2 months at first stage regardless of the length of the internship. However, in case of Turkey’s National Agency allocates an additional grant to the Project there might be grant payments as much as the remaining days.

• The students who are mentioned as 'Non-Granted' in the list can benefit from the mobility without any grant in accordance with their own wishes.

• The students who do not submit the petition although they will not participate in the mobility, are considered to have participated in the program and 10 points will be deducted from the next possible application.
• The students who will take a participation in the mobility must complete the 'Learning Agreement for Traineeship - Before the Mobility' document on the computer and submit it to the International Office after completing all necessary signatures. • International Office prepares a letter to be used in visa application, for the students who will participate in the mobility. The student must ask the letter request to erasmus@iku.edu.tr by sending e-mail at least 5 working days before visa appointment date.
• The students must have liability and accident insurance for the workplace during the entire length of your placement. The students who do not have liability and accident insurance cannot benefit from mobility.
• A grant contract will be signed with all ‘Granted’ or ‘Non-granted’ students who will participate in the mobility after completing the visa process. Likewise, all participants, regardless of ‘Granted’ or ‘Non-granted’, should have a Euro account from Yapı Kredi Bank.
