INCOMING STUDENT NOMINATION GUIDE

1-    Coordinator of partner institutions, whose User Information is sent by e-mail, access website and log in with their user name and password.

2-    Enter University post-address and contact information

3-Select the Outgoing Student Nomination Form from the left menu.

HOW TO NOMINATE?

4- To register the student in the system, define the passport number field and select the search button.
*The student's password will be automatically defined as the passport number.

5-After filling the required information, the complete nomination button is clicked.

As soon as the nomination step has been completed, the nominee will automatically receive an e-mail, which includes the application link and instructions along with the username and password.
