The IKU Quality Management System is managed according to the Istanbul Kültür University Quality Directive, which was updated in the context of the articles in the Senate meeting numbered 2022-2023/2, held on November 3, 2022.

In accordance with the university's strategic plan and objectives, work on establishing the institution's internal and external quality assurance system for the evaluation and quality improvement of education, training, research activities, and administrative services is gradually being completed and continued. The academic and administrative units of the university are encouraged to participate in quality management system activities, and these activities are supported.
Strategic Planning of the University, considering the priorities and requirements determined by the Rectorate of Istanbul Kültür University as education, scientific research, production of information and technology, completion of the formation of the quality assurance system in management, promotion in national and international university rankings, development of relations with business life, service to society, and sustainability.
