International Office

TR-YÖS, conducted by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), is held twice a year in 52 countries and 78 centers in Turkish, German, Arabic, French, English and Russian.    The 1st Term TR-YÖS, which will take place on May 11, 2025 this year, will be opened for applications between February 13 and March 12, 2025, and late application opportunities will be provided between 18-20 March 2025 for students who missed the application deadlines.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The relevant application period is for candidates who wish to carry out mobility in the Fall Semester of the 2025/26 Academic Year. Another application will be taken at a later date for the Spring Semester.

APPLICATION TIMETABLE AND MANAGEMENT:

The application period for Staff Training Mobility in Partner Countries has started within the scope of the 2022 and 2023 KA171 Project terms. Academic and administrative staff at Istanbul Kültür University will benefit from the Erasmus+ Exchange Program training mobility with the universities we have contracted with as part of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (KA171) Project.

1. Academic/administrative staff who have been selected as “Awarded with Grant” candidates by the Exchange Programmes Staff and Learning Mobility Selection Commission within the scope of Teaching and Training Mobility and who have not submitted a Letter of Acceptance during the application process must upload their Letter of Acceptance to the application system until 31.01.2025.
