International Office

Within the scope of International İhsan Schools Career Days held between 18-19 January  our Civil Engineering Lecturer Mr. Şahabeddin Rifai gave a seminar on engineering. As the International Office, we also attended the career day and came together with high school students. Ms. Elif Dicle Çağlar,  from the International Office, also took part as a speaker on the 2nd day of the Career Conference held as part of the event.

Istanbul Kültür University the Head of the Department of International Relations Seçkin Taygun Altıntaş and one of our experts Elif Dicle Çağlar visited Azerbaijan on 18-20 November 2022.

Our team, participating in TRUCAS International Education Fair within the scope of the trip, came together with our stakeholders with whom we cooperate on international student acquisition. Our team, who also visited Landau Schools that has education institutions in the capital met with Azerbaijani IKU alumni at a dinner meeting and fulfilled their longing.

As a result of the application to the European Commission, in addition to the 265 thousand Euros we received from the European Commission, our university has been entitled to receive 84 thousand Euros grant support to realize the exchange of university students, academic and administrative personnel in the period of Erasmus+ KA171 2022 Call for Proposals with partner universities in Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Morocco, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, South Africa, Kenya, Cameroon, Nigeria and Bangladesh.

• In order to benefit our students from the maximum amount of the grant allocated to our university, all of our students were awarded a grant for maximum of 2 MONTHS according to their Erasmus Scores.

Click here for a list of students who have applied to our department within the scope of Erasmus+ KA131 2022 Project Term Internship Mobility and have been eligible to do their mobility so by submitting an Acceptance Letter by 1 June 2022.

Students who are eligible for the grant will be announced after the final grant announcement of the National Agency.
