1.    Students who are on the list but did not submit their Letter of Acceptance during the application process are required to upload their Letter of Acceptance to the application system and select the relevant institution under the preferences section by 15.06.2026. Applications of students who fail to upload their Letter of Acceptance by the specified date will be considered invalid.
2.    An orientation program regarding the procedures will be held on 18.06.2026. Details of the orientation will be sent via email to participants who have submitted their Letter of Acceptance after 15.06.2026.

THE EARLIEST START DATE FOR TRAINEESHIP MOBILITY HAS BEEN SET AS 20.07.2026.
