2020 PROJECT TERM APPLICATION RESULTS FOR ERASMUS STUDY MOBILITY

Dear Students Who Will Participate in Erasmus Study Mobility in the academic year 2020-2021,

Your Erasmus scores (50% Erasmus Language Exam + 50% Grade Point Average) were calculated according to the Erasmus Language Proficiency Exam and your grade point average at the time of application.

Results

Among the students who applied to Erasmus Study Mobility, students who received 60 points or more from Erasmus English Language Proficiency Exam and the students who have a grade point average of 2.20 and above over 4.00 at the time of application were calculated and announced.

The information of our students on the list was sent to the Faculty and Department Erasmus Coordinators in order to make placements in partner universities.
Placement is the situation of our student who has been eligible to be an Erasmus student, by the relevant Faculty and Department Coordinator to be nominated to our partner university with the Department's Erasmus agreement.
Placement results will be announced between April 20-24 and your names and contact information will be sent to the partner Universities.

In the next process;

1. You may not have been placed by your Faculty and Department Coordinator. The reason for this may be that the quota of the partner university you have chosen is not sufficient and that the students before you have been placed or you cannot meet the language proficiency of the partner university you have chosen. You can contact your Department Coordinator after it has been announced for such issues.
2.Partner University may request you to send a link and fill out its online application form and send different documents.
Unfortunately, not all of the students who are entitled to be an Erasmus student will receive a grant. After the grants reach our university in August, an announcement will be made regarding which students on the list can be donated.
4. In the framework of the Exchange Programs Principles and Principles of our University, all students who are entitled to receive a grant will be granted for 1 semester (4 months), even if they prefer to go for 2 semesters in order to benefit more students from the grant. The grant requests can be evaluated in May 2021 for the students who have göne for 2-semesters or have extended their semester while they are continuing their education at the University.

A webinar will be held between April 21 and 22, 2020 to resolve all the above-mentioned issues and problems that arise in your mind (between 17:00 and 18:00). On April 24, it will be held in English on the same date. You can join the webinar via CATS system by clicking the link that will come to you as e-mail and message, watch our presentations and ask your questions.

 In addition, the International Office continues its services as a virtual counter through CATS. You can leave your messages in the chat room or you can select our unit via the message center in the virtual counter and send your message to us.
