1. Academic/administrative staff who have been selected as “Awarded with Grant” candidates by the Exchange Programmes Staff and Learning Mobility Selection Commission within the scope of Teaching and Training Mobility and who have not submitted a Letter of Acceptance during the application process must upload their Letter of Acceptance to the application system until 31.01.2025. The applications of our academic/administrative staff who do not upload their Letter of Acceptance to the system until the specified date will be deemed invalid and the “Avarded without Grant” candidate who has already uploaded a Letter of Acceptance will be given the right based on the point ranking.
2. Academic/administrative staff who are eligible to carry out the mobility but wish to withdraw their request must notify the International Office in writing by 17.12.2024. For staff who do not notify, -10 points will be deducted in the next application.
