*For distances under 500 km, low-emission transportation is generally required.
Payments are made in two installments: 80% before departure and 20% upon return. The maximum grant duration for Internship Mobility is 2 months.
• Students are ranked in descending order based on their Erasmus scores among those who submit acceptance letters.
• Not all students may receive a grant.
• Students may participate in Erasmus activities using their own financial means.
• Monthly Erasmus grant rates are determined by the National Agency before the academic year begins, based on national priorities and criteria.
• The exact duration of the Erasmus activity is calculated based on the start/end dates specified in the participation certificate.
• Grant amounts are determined by the European Commission for participating countries as shown in the table above. The amount varies depending on the cost of living and quality of life indices of the host country.
• Students will be granted a maximum of 2 months during their mobility period abroad.
• Students may decline financial support if they wish.
ERASMUS GRANT DEDUCTIONS:
• If the mobility period is less than 2 months without force majeure, it will be considered invalid, and the granted financial support will be reclaimed.
• If participants fail to complete the EU Participant Survey Report, 20% of the total grant will be deducted.
INCLUSION SUPPORT:
The Erasmus+ Program encourages the participation of individuals with special needs. A person with special needs is a potential participant whose physical, mental, or health condition would prevent them from participating in the project/mobility activity without additional financial support. Additional grants may be requested from the National Agency for participants with special needs. After selection, if the participant requires additional support, the approximate extra costs are determined, and an additional grant is requested from the National Agency.
We wish you success.
