The exam objection period is 3 working days from the date of announcement of the exam results.

Minimum language score required to become an Erasmus+ Study Mobility student: 60
Minimum language score required to become an Erasmus+ Internship Mobility student: 50

In the next step;
1.    On 03.03.2023, students with a minimum Erasmus grade will be ranked sequentially according to their grades ((GPA + Language exam result) / 2) for each program applied and the results will be announced in the news section of uib.iku.edu.tr.
2.     Placement of students who have applied succesfully for Erasmus+ Study Mobility, attend the language exam and have a minimum Erasmus grade will be made by the Application System until 08.03.2023 and announced on our website.
3.    According to the placement results, nominations for the relevant partner Universities will be made by International Office between 20.03.2023 and 03.04.2023.
4.    An orientation program will be held for Study Mobility on 25.04.2023 and for Internship Mobility on 04.07.2023.
5.      Students who have applied for Erasmus+ Internship Mobility and have taken the language exam and have a minimum Erasmus score must upload their acceptance letters to erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr until 30.06.2023 and add the relevant institution to the "Tercihler" section. (Internship mobility can start on 01.09.2023 at the earliest)
