• In order to benefit our students from the maximum amount of the grant allocated to our university, all of our students were awarded a grant for only ONE SEMESTER and a maximum of 4 MONTHS according to their Erasmus Scores.
• Our students who are not eligible for a grant have the right to benefit from Erasmus mobility WITHOUT a GRANT. 
• In case of waivers from our grant students, our non-grant students may be granted according to their Erasmus Grades.
• Students who want to waive their Erasmus Mobility must submit their withdrawl petitions to the International Office by 07.07.2022 at the latest. Afterwards, a 10 point deduction will be applied for the next Erasmus applications of our students who have waived.

IN THE FOLLOWING PROCESS:       

• Our students who have received their visa must come to sign the grant agreement with all the necessary documents by making an appointment with the International Office. Grants will be credited to students accounts within a maximum of 30 days after signing grant agreements.

NOTE: Students who will benefit from mobility without a grant must also sign grant agreement.
