2020-2021 Academic Year Erasmus + KA103 Staff Mobility
Applications of academic and administrative staff who want to benefit from Erasmus+ KA103 Staff Mobility within the framework of the 2020-2021 Academic year will be made between 12 November 2020-04 December 2020 with the forms and other required documents on our website. Applications will be evaluated by the Erasmus + Staff Mobility Commission.
Applications for Erasmus+ KA103 Staff Teaching and Training Mobility will be made to the IRO with the required documents listed below and the application form to be signed by the applicant and the officials at IKU. The mobility should be planned to end on 31 May, 2021 at the latest.
Erasmus + Staff Mobility applications have been opened to cover the whole of the 2020-2021 academic year, and if only the grant remains, a second application can be opened for the same academic year.
The English Proficiency Exam will be held by the Department of Foreign Languages of our University on 9 December, 2020 for candidates who will apply for Erasmus+ KA103 Staff Training Mobility.

COVID-19 Precautions
Academic and administrative staff who will apply for the Erasmus+KA103 Staff Mobility should follow the PCR test and quarantine practices and necessary information at the country entries where they will attend the mobility.
Erasmus + KA103 Staff Mobility will be carried out in countries without quarantine.
Within the frame of the project, academic/administrative staff who have completed their mobility abroad and returned to the country, According to the warning of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health, They are required to stay at home for 14 days and return to the university at the end of the 14th day if they do not experience signs of fever and cough.
Depending on the course of Covid-19, additional measures may be requested on returned to country. In this case, academic / administrative staff will be informed.
2020-2021 Academic Year Erasmus+ KA107 International Credit Mobility
In the framework of 2019-2020 Project, Erasmus+ KA107 International Credit Staff Mobility application has been opened.
Erasmus+ KA107 programme offers funded exchange opportunities for academic and administrative staff from and to partner countries. There are two types of staff mobility:
Staff Mobility for Teaching: Staff mobility for teaching for academic staff to teach at a partner higher education institution (HEI) abroad.
Staff Mobility for Training: Staff mobility for training for teaching and non-teaching staff in the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences), job shadowing, observation periods and/or training at a partner HEI.

Erasmus+ KA107 Staff Mobility should be planned to be completed by 27 June 2020 at the latest.
Applications must be submitted to the IRO by 04 December 2020, the deadline for application.
