INTERNSHIP MOBILITY INCOMING STUDENTS
The general procedure for incoming internship mobility exchange students is as follows:
- The documents required below are sent to the International Relations Office via firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Submitted application documents are delivered to the individuals responsible for the relevant internship unit/department/center for approval. Additional information or supporting documents may be requested, if needed.
- After the approval of the unit/department/center, admission letters are sent to the admitted students.
Application and Admission Processes
This section is designed to provide you with important information that you will need for the application process during and after your mobility at IKU. The information here is not meant to be comprehensive, but to inform you about what you need to do to make a smooth transition from your home to IKU.

Erasmus+ Internship Mobility incoming students should provide the following documents for application:
- An Application Form (Please specify the period you want to do your internship.)
- A Motivation Letter
- A Transcript (original)
- 1 photo
- A CV
Once IKU receives these documents, the Admission Letter will be sent to Erasmus students. Application documents can be sent by e-mail or by post. In both cases, the original transcript must be sent to IKU.
