Registration and Admission

Documents Required for Associate/Undergraduate Application

Associate/Undergraduate:
High school diploma, transcript, passport, residence permit (if applicable), blue card (if applicable), language proficiency certificate (if applicable), exam results document (if applicable).

Documents Required for Final Registration:

1.    Original High School Diploma (interim graduation certificate for newly graduated students whose diplomas have not been prepared by the registration date), an English or Turkish translation obtained from a sworn translation office if the high school diploma is not in English
2.    An "Equivalence Certificate," which shows the equivalency of the diploma to those received from Turkish high schools, to be received from the T.R. Ministry of National Education or Turkish Embassies or Consulates in the country of residence. 
3.    A transcript certified by the high school showing the grades and courses the candidate has taken in high school and an English or Turkish translation obtained from a sworn translation office if the official document is not in English 
4.     A photocopy of pages showing the passport credentials and validity (an English or Turkish translation is to be obtained from a sworn translation office if the passport information is not in English),
5.    A "Student Visa" or a valid residence permit.(Some countries have visa exemption). 
6.    Health Insurance (taken out in Turkey, not required for students with Turkish nationality)
7.    An internationally recognized original language proficiency result 
8.    Seven passport photo

Documents required for application: a bachelor’s diploma, transcript, passport, residence permit (if applicable), reference letter, language proficiency certificate (if applicable), exam results certificate (if applicable)

1.    An original university diploma and Turkish translation obtained from a sworn translation office.
2.    A transcript certified by the university administration showing the grades and courses the candidate has taken in university and a copy of the Turkish translation obtained from a sworn translation office if the official document is not in Turkish,
3.    A Turkish translation of pages showing passport credentials and validity
4.    A "Student Visa" or a valid residence permit
5.    An internationally recognized original language proficiency result 
6.    A bank receipt showing that the fees have been transferred to University account
7.    Six passport photos.

Documents required for application: a master diploma, transcript, passport, residence permit (if applicable), reference letter, language proficiency exam results recognized by YÖK(the Council of Higher Education in Turkey) if applicable, Turkish proficiency result (if applicable)

Documents Required for Registration:

1.    Master and undergraduate degree diplomas (if the documents are not in Turkish, their Turkish translation to be obtained from a sworn translation office) 
2.    Master and undergraduate degree transcripts (if the documents are not in Turkish, their Turkish translation to be obtained from a sworn translation office)
3.    A passport (Turkish translation to be obtained from a sworn translation office) 
4.    A reference letter (if requested by the department)
5.    A language proficiency result (it should meet language competencies that YÖK (the Council of Higher Education) has determined for a language other than the student’ own mother tongue; if the student has received 66 points on TOEFL IBT, which is equivalent to a minimum of 55 points on the YDS or a language proficiency certificate from other languages in the table that can be reached from website of YÖK)
6.    A recognition certificate (the certificate of recognition that shows the university of graduate study is recognized by YÖK
7.    A Turkish Proficiency Certificate (if applicable)
