Dear Students who have qualified to be an Erasmus student in the academic year 2020-2021,
Your Erasmus scores (50% Erasmus Language Exam + 50% Grade Point Average) were calculated according to the Erasmus Language Proficiency Exam and your grade point average at the time of application.

A webinar will be held in Turkish language between 21:00 and 22 April 2020 for our students who are entitled to participate in Erasmus Learning and Internship Mobility. On April 24, the webinar will be held in English at the same time interval. Our students who are qualified to become Erasmus students according to their Erasmus scores are kindly requested to join the webinar.

Ülkemizdeki Yeni Koronavirüs Hastalığı (Covid-19) kaynaklı salgından korunmak ve salgının yayılımını önlemek için alınan tedbirler kapsamında Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığınca yürütülen Diploma / Kayıp Diploma teslim işlemleri geçici olarak durdurulmuştur. Mezun öğrencilerimiz e- Devlet Kapısı uygulamasından mezuniyet belgesi alabilirler.

NEW CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) MEASURES ABOUT DIPLOMA PROCEDURES
Problems related to Corona Virus are closely followed by the International Office. In this context, if you have some concerns and unrest, you can return back to Turkey (if you want) under the conditions stated by the National Agency:
There is an intense mail traffic between YÖK, National Agency and Universities regarding the students who continue their education abroad regarding the coronavirus case. Based on the e-mails that we have received, we will try to summarize the situation below. We will contact you again about possible changes.
The Rectorate took measures based on the Ministry of Health to take the necessary protection and control measures against the COVID-19 (2019-n CoV DISEASE) virus. Within the framework of the measures taken; All academic / administrative staff and students who are abroad and who return home will be deemed to have administrative leave for 14 days from the date of return. The staff and the students concerned are required to send the page of the entry stamp of their passport to the e-mail addresses below.
Istanbul Kültür University International Student Scholarship Examination which was supposed to be on 5th April 2020 has been postponed to a later date within the scope of the preventive measures against the New Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) outbreak in our country.
Information about the new exam date will be announced in the coming days.
