Waiver Procedures
Students who wish to waive their rights must submit their withdrawal petitions to the International Relations Office by 26.08.2026 at the latest. Students who withdraw after 26.08.2026 will face a 10-point deduction in their next Erasmus application.
⚠️ Students who do not wish to participate in the mobility and fail to submit a waiver petition by this date will also be unable to complete course registration or renew registration in the new semester.
The withdrawal petition only requires the participant's signature.
NEXT STEPS:
Students who have obtained their visa must upload their departure documents in PDF format under the “Application Documents” (Başvuru Belgeleri) section at turnaportal.ua.gov.tr prior to commencing their mobility, and then schedule an appointment with the International Relations Office by clicking here to sign the grant agreement. The departure documents are as follows:
Departure Documents:
- (i) Acceptance Letter
- (ii) Learning Agreement for Studies (Before Mobility)
* All required signatures on the Learning Agreement must be fully completed. - (iii) Travel Health Insurance
- (iv) Passport Copy
- (v) Visa Copy
- (vi) Yapı Kredi Bank Euro Account Passbook Copy
- (vii) Flight Ticket
NOTE: Mobilities of participants who travel without signing the grant agreement will not be evaluated within the scope of Erasmus.
Participants entitled to benefit from mobility zero-grant (non-funded) are also required to sign the Grant Agreement.
Grant Payment Process:
Grant payments are executed in two installments. 80% of the estimated total amount is paid within a maximum of 30 days following the signing of the Grant Agreement prior to the mobility. Following the completion of the activity, the final grant amount is recalculated based on the Certificate of Attendance, and the remaining balance is paid as the second installment.
