The objection period for the exam results is 3 business days from the date of announcement.

The minimum language score required to benefit from Erasmus+ Student Mobility is 60.

Next steps:

• On 30.09.2025, students who meet the minimum Erasmus score for the programs they applied to will be announced on uib.iku.edu.tr under the news section. The Erasmus score is calculated as follows: (GPA + Language Exam Result) / 2.
• Placement and grant results for students who applied for Erasmus+ Student Mobility, took the language exam, and obtained the minimum Erasmus score will be finalized by the Application System and published on our website by 30.09.2025.
• According to the placements, student nominations will be shared with the relevant partner universities between 01.10.2025 – 04.10.2025.
• An orientation program regarding the Erasmus+ Study Mobility processes will be held on 10.10.2025. Detailed information about the orientation program will be shared with students via email after the placement results are announced.
