2020-2021Erasmus+ Study Mobility Results

The information of our students on the list was sent to the Faculty and Department Erasmus Coordinators in order to make placements in partner universities.

Placement is the situation of our student who has been eligible to be an Erasmus student, by the relevant Faculty and Department Coordinator to be nominated to our partner university with the Department's Erasmus agreement.

Placement results will be announced between 29th of March and your names and contact information will be sent to the partner Universities.

In the next process;

1.Partner University may request you to send a link and fill out its online application form and send different documents.

2.Unfortunately, not all of the students who are entitled to be an Erasmus student will receive a grant. After the grants reach our university in August 2021, an announcement will be made regarding which students on the list can be donated.

3.In the framework of the Exchange Programs Principles and Principles of our University, all students who are entitled to receive a grant will be granted for 1 semester (4 months), even if they prefer to go for 2 semesters in order to benefit more students from the grant. The grant requests can be evaluated in May 2022 for the students who have gone for 2-semesters or have extended their semester while they are continuing their education at the University.

4. Students who want to withdraw from Erasmus + Mobility must submit their withdraw form to the International Office by April 2, 2021 at the latest in order not to decrease 10 points from their next application.

A webinar will be held between April 7, 2021 to resolve all the above-mentioned issues and problems that arise in your mind (between 11:00-13:00). You can join the webinar via CATS system by clicking the link that will come to you as e-mail and message, watch our presentations and ask your questions.

You can reach us via e-mail from erasmus@iku.edu.tr
