IKÜYÖS 2020 International Student Scholarship Exam

Dear Students,
 
The IKÜYÖS 2020 International Student Scholarship Exam will be held on 21 June 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (with Turkish local time), using the Adobeconnect program on IKUCATS, our University's Distance Education system.

While you are taking the exam via IKÜCATS, you will open your camera and sound system on the Adobeconnect program which is supposed to be installed on your computer before the exam dates. Then the supervisor in the virtual classroom will do identity checks by viewing your passport or your ID card and yourself.

ERASMUS LEARNING AND INTERNSHIP MOBILITY WEBINAR

A webinar will be held in Turkish language between 21:00 and 22 April 2020 for our students who are entitled to participate in Erasmus Learning and Internship Mobility. On April 24, the webinar will be held in English at the same time interval. Our students who are qualified to become Erasmus students according to their Erasmus scores are kindly requested to join the webinar.

NEW CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) MEASURES ABOUT DIPLOMA PROCEDURES

Ülkemizdeki Yeni Koronavirüs Hastalığı (Covid-19) kaynaklı salgından korunmak ve salgının yayılımını önlemek için alınan tedbirler kapsamında Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığınca yürütülen Diploma / Kayıp Diploma teslim işlemleri geçici olarak durdurulmuştur. Mezun öğrencilerimiz e- Devlet Kapısı  uygulamasından mezuniyet belgesi alabilirler.

COVID-19 14 Days Rule

The Rectorate took measures based on the Ministry of Health to take the necessary protection and control measures against the COVID-19 (2019-n CoV DISEASE) virus. Within the framework of the measures taken; All academic / administrative staff and students who are abroad and who return home will be deemed to have administrative leave for 14 days from the date of return. The staff and the students concerned are required to send the page of the entry stamp of their passport to the e-mail addresses below.
